Great experience from the first moment I reached out all the way to the finished product. Armand the owner is so easy to work with and goes above and beyond. We had luxury vinyl plank placed in an 800 square foot basement, large bonus room, an upstairs bedroom, and a staircase. Armand's crew were great, very professional, and got the entire job done in a day. The finished product looks so good, I can't believe we had old dingy carpet in these rooms for as long as we did. It really is amazing how flooring can transform a room. 10/10 recommend using them for any flooring needs.

I was looking to have one bedroom in my home carpeted (small job, understood). Took a day off work (Friday) to meet with estimator at my home. A quick measurement and discussion on carpet type and color options and we had a price quote. I was told it was a quick job, probably 2-3 hours and it could potentially be done early the following week. Said I would talk it over with my wife and confirm decision with the store. 10 minutes later we had a decision to move forward so I called the store to say they were hired for the job. Was told they would review estimate when owner returned to the store and get in touch with me for logistics. Never received a phone call. Called Tuesday, got someone who pulled my "folio" and said that I would hear back by end of day because the guy that did my estima

The owner, Armen, at Walls and Floors has without question the best products at the absolute best prices. He knows floors, and has led me to the perfect products for 2 different projects for our home. Both installs were precise and meticulous, which is what I expect when I hire an expert to do a job for me. I will certainly go back to him for my next job.

Walls & Floors did my entire 1900 square foot house; hardwood floors, floor tile, shower tile, and backsplash. The workmanship was fabulous and we are very pleased. HOWEVER, the foot shelf in the shower was placed in the wrong location. To use this shelf to shave your legs or wash your feet....it is DIRECTLY UNDER THE SHOWER! If you don't mind the shower pouring on top of your head while you are trying to use it, then good for you. It should have been placed on the opposite wall of the shower, as ALL MY PREVIOUS BATHROOMS were. When we complained to the company owner, Armen, he became very irate and stomped out of our house telling us he would fix it. We gave our contractor permission to pay him the balance due, thinking he would keep his word. HE HAS NOT COME BACK TO FIX THIS PROB
