Walmart Supercenter

My boyfriend and I recently shopped here at the self checkout. The employee came up to us, and only us, asking questions about what we just scanned. My boyfriend had to explain to her what the different items on the screen were (because she didnt know and can't do the job properly if she doesn't know what shes looking for) because she claimed she didnt hear the scanner go off. Never checked in on ANY other customers, just my boyfriend and I, completely ignoring me. Her attitude was defensive and unpleasant. Honestly it felt like racial profiling in the worst way. Train your employees better so your customers can have a more positive experience without being accused of stealing when we are the few paying a big corporation like walmart. Do better. Train your employees better. Be better human

Walmart completely screwed us. They did an exchange and the exchanged product was bad as well. When we went to return it the said that they couldn’t return it. China made crap and they done stand behind it. We will not be going back to this Walmart. One employee said because it’s over $10 and then another came and told us that it’s $50. Nobody knows and management stinks. I also have to scan my own groceries. I’m over it. Byeee Walmart. We will take our 1300/mt (not from the government) and give it to someone else.

i was in walmart earlier at self checkout, while checking out i noticed a employee was harassing a customer because of the alcohol they were purchasing,now i understand there are specific and strict rules but having employees raising there voice and cussing at customers is not acceptable in anyway. do better.

Helpful lady at outdoor sporting goods counter. I had been to 3 different Wal-Marts trying to buy a rifle scope, 1st store the guy would not let me handle the box to inspect item before purchasing. I wanted to make sure had proper mounting setup, he wouldn't let me touch it. 2nd store couldn't open locked cabinet because staff member took keys home with her, come back tomorrow I was told. This lady was outstanding and extremely helpful. 👏

Absolute joke of a place. Employees are rude and disrespectful, managers are clearly miserable with their lives, and everyone is more concerned about what you’re scanning rather than doing their actual job. The grocery pick up is AWFUL, as they have teenagers lazily throwing in groceries and picking the worst produce possible. Just go to Meijer, you’ll have a much better experience.
