Located in a bustling shopping area with heavy traffic, this store stands out for its spacious layout, cleanliness, and well-maintained environment. It does get quite busy, especially during peak hours. The presence of numerous staff actively pulling orders and restocking shelves is impressive and speaks to efficient operations. However, it can create congestion in the aisles, making the shopping experience feel a bit overwhelming at times. That said, the store offers good pricing and a wide selection of products, making it a solid choice overall. Good service.

Despite whatever rating is displayed here on the web, I GIVE THIS WALMART 5 STARS! Every time I am in need, have a question or even need a community donation - they are there to help me! I have written several reviews for special clerks that are so kind and friendly each time I am there. TODAY I AM BOASTING CALEB!!! The transaction machine was acting up and he was right there to help. But there's more - not only did he successfully complete my transaction with this machine - he kept me calm, reassured me and kept saying "don't worry". 5 stars for CALEB!

If you’re going to call someone the store “operator,” they should actually be able to help customers. I called about a pair of red clearance jeans I had just seen in the store. The employee told me she hadn’t been there for two days and kept asking basic questions like whether I was sure they were red and what brand they were. It was clear she had no information and no way to help. Her tone was very melancholy and like I was bothering her or she was tired. If someone is answering the phone as the operator, they should at least know how to direct customers to someone who does. Otherwise, don’t call it an operator. I just got off the phone with her so if you wanna know who it is, look at your schedule.

Honestly Walmart stopped trying about 10 years ago after it took hold of the general market. Since then they have without fail lowered value provided per dollar spent. This leads to no workers, shitty looking shelves, and just a joke. I waited in the Lego aisle after hitting their "get assistance button" and never end up getting any assistance and so...... You guessed it. No purchase. Smooth move ex-lax.

My review is specifically for Jeremy and Andy in the auto care center. They went above and beyond even though it was a busy day! I truly appreciate their care of my car! Great employees that truly care about their job! I don’t think I ever got such great service on my car from a Walmart before! Definitely will be going to Calumet Walmart auto center again! Thank you again!
