Walmart Supercenter

All the staff was very helpful in getting the perfect glasses for me. I bought one pair, because the company didn't have frames i wanted. Well the frames where to big for face. The staff tracked when the frames, I wanted would in. They where very good able me returning the pair i didn't like. And got me the ones i liked. I love my new glasses and thank u To staff at the vision center for being patience with me and making sure i was happy.

Your associate who rung me up here - OP#005747 TE#11 TR#02467 was just so in the Christmas Season. Her sweater fit the season, and she was just so pleasant. She was very efficient with a smile. I had to take a moment to raise her up. She deserves it. She is amazing at her job. Please pass along major Kudos to her!

Really liked the store and thr deals.thst they had but I must say that the loss prevention guy is a little weird he started problems with me after he had tried to pay for my stuff when he saw me outside of his job which was at 7 eleven I wasn't purchasing anything I was just cashing in a lottery ticket but he was highly intoxicated anyways he had gotten a little upset but whatever then he asked me if I was with someone I had said yes I'm engaged and as I left the store he was behind me neve did I realize that he also would then try to get into the vehicle I was getting into but thank God there was someone else sitting in the front seat both driver and passenger side seeing as I had rode up there with a friend so he had seen that it was a fairly buff guy and then closed the door and I guess

My delivery order was delivered to the house around the corner from me 2 houses away. Customer service did a replacement order but charged my card for it. Walmart is refusing to refund me for it with no explanation! The replacement order was delivered to the wrong address as well! Called Walmart customer care 800 and they had no answers but I would get a refund within 3 hours the first person said. Supervisor then told me could take 5-7 business days! 2 $85 orders my neighbors received and kept I'm paying for because Walmarts BS drivers delivered to houses on another street. Make this make sense!! And no employee that i talked to in the 4 hours I spent on the phone with these people could give me Corporate phone number!!! Its BS I want my refund for my orders Walmart! Walmart in Bay City!
