Walmart Supercenter

I had a tire appointment scheduled and arrived with the confirmation text on my phone. When the employee checked their system, it wasn’t showing up and kept giving an error message. Despite showing proof of my appointment, I was told they were short staffed and couldn’t take me. I explained that I was willing to wait, but instead of trying to assist or offer any alternative, the employee was dismissive and rude. While I was still standing there trying to resolve the issue, he simply got on the phone to help another customer and completely ignored me. I understand that places can be busy or short staffed, but basic customer service and professionalism should still be expected. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression, and I won’t be returning to this location for service

The Pokémon packed i bought here were re sealed, the 2nd pack i shuffled was an example of a new pack , there not supposed to be loose. Watch out

We had a terrible experience buying tires. It ended up. We had to buy eight new tires as four that they ordered were defective and order the wrong size. It took us three weeks to get the correct tires. The people at the store in the auto center were less than helpful. All they could say is as a third-party they couldn't do anything. I've never been so disappointed in the customer service and lack of help for a customer in all tires that should cost us about $1000 ended up costing us $2000 and we had to get the refund in our account for the other thousand half of them 3 to 4 weeks later which is the best they could Do the people at the store were less than helpful and seem to offer little compassion or I will never purchase anything at this Walmart ever again

I was purchasing 2 bandanas that were just 50 cents a piece, and I drink. I was having some technical issues, and the clerk came to help me out. She proceeded to place the items directly in my bag without swiping the price tags😬 I took them out told her I don't do dat. She smiled and laughed it off. Is this a Normal thing to do there? Help customers knowingly steal?!!!👀😳😶‍🌫️

Closest one to my house so I rely on going here. Just did my grocery shopping and wanted some fried chicken to eat when I get home. Nope they are sold out and not making anymore. Mind you this is 5:30 at night. Most people are getting off work around this time.
