Had to run in quickly to get some makeup . Couldn’t find it right away and they were stocking products in the day time like noon lunch rush! Never have I seen a Walmart so unorganized and employees stocking in the day. Stocking usually happens after close !!! It was busy and crammed

I went to a Pokémon restock on 2/20 at this location and had a great experience. Majority of the time, card restocks are choas and filled with disappointment. Usually a group of scalpers will clear the shelves and take everything. Leaving nothing for everyone else that was waiting and just building the frustration. I have seen fights and arguments happen at restocks. I have seen people taking whole cases of product and breaking the 5 per item limit. The manager Benny today made this restock the best experience I have ever had at a restock. He provided fairness and order with a high demand product that not a lot of people can get due to the same people ruining it. I bought some ink for my printer ( bought 2/11/26) that was defective and because it was opened (opened 2/12/26) they refused to return my cash or make an exchange. How am I supposed to know a product is defective before I open it and put it in my printer? I even brought in papers from my printer for examples to show them it was defective. I paid cash in store, they told me I needed to call the customer service. Because it was not an online order I was told by customer service they could not help. I purchased the ink for $33, I now have to go to another store to purchase ink for the very minimum of $33 dollars again. I was checking out tonight and I was in the self-check out on the groceries side. As I was checking out my card wasn’t working and I asked the helper to help me, I didn’t get a name, but he wore a black face mask and had brownish blonde hair. He wasn’t very nice and he ruined my night. Maybe you should teach him to be nicer and maybe smile a little more

Easily found what I needed to purchase and just quickly got out. There seems to be a bit of remodeling going on.. a bit haphazardly I might add. Really wish this store would find a way to keep customers from taking shopping carts and bringing them off property to the apartment complex near them. Do customers understand that is actually theft, each shopping cart is $500.00
