Walmart Supercenter

I bought a wahl hair cutting kit on December 17 and when I got back home and opened it I noticed that it was used before and there were some nasty hair on it . At the same time attachment cut guard bag was ripped opened and taped up to close it again.It was the last box on the shelf for that item. I can not believe that the largest retail company in the world selling used dirty items to the customers as a new item.

as of 09/16/2025 there is sour cream dating all the way back to 09/03/25. in the front is the newest product, and as you look, the back row is expired product. you are selling 2 week old sour cream because whoever is stocking doesn’t understand FIFO. wild.

I was not greeted by one single Walmart employee. I was given scowl looks, and made to feel less than while walking the isle with my disabled adult son while looking for specific items. That’s the other reason I scored it a 1 Star since the store was so unorganized. I had trouble finding what we were looking for. The wait for the self checkout wasn’t to bad but still a wait.

I am usually not a fan of Walmart because it feels too big and hard to find things. This time it was pretty easy to locate sports gear but the baseball glove had no tag which slowed down checkout. I still prefer smaller stores and probably would not go out of my way to come back.

Do not ever take your car here for an oil change. My car drove fine until I was ready to leave and then a sensor came on saying engine power reduced and car would not drive over 6 miles an hour. When going back into department they proceeded to say it was not there fault and there was nothing they could do except that the oil cap was loose. Ended up having to get car towed and damages were over $1,500. Ended up damaging the Inner cooler system and my mechanic states there was no way this was done on my end. Could have been done when car was put up on jack or when taking car off.
