Walmart Supercenter

I was in store today and had a couple of employees offered to assist me which was really nice. The employee at the self-check out was very pleasant and helpful. The restroom in this store absolutlely reeks to the point that you can smell it in the shopping and check out areas. It smells like the restrooms were mopped with urine!!!

Finally the commerce township Walmart has milk restocked at 7:30 am. Also they didn’t check my receipt

This Walmart is a nightmare and a joke. I waited 45 min for my curbside order to come out, then they only brought me half my order and marked the order as complete. They had me wait 15 more min and never came back. The lady in the back yelled at me to go back to my car and that I have to call customer service to ask where other part of my drive up order is. Inside management was no help at all resolving this and seemed to take the side of the unprofessional employee and manager straight lied to something to me and I proved her wrong. Terrible customer service and I’ll never go to that hell hole again. They don’t care about the customer

I ordered special Wednesday cupcakes for my daughter's birthday to only get told at pick up time the order wasn't being made and wouldn't be done for another hour and a half also the printer is down so I couldn't get what I paid for. She wanted to cancel the whole order witch was heartbreaking I was very short on time. Im now waiting a extra hour for cupcakes I didn't want. I ordered this two days ago I don't understand. I'd recommend not using this location for bakery items unless they are already made.

Waited in line while the 1 cashier talked to another worker. Then waited on the person in front of me. Then had no idea how to do gift receipts so that took another 10 minutes because she was determined to figure it out while I waited. A family member brought her soup so got to wait for them to talk. Then the gift receipts didn’t actually work. Sent me to customer service for another wait behind 5 people. First register wouldn’t do gift receipts so got moved to the other customer service register all while that second cashier complained she didn’t want to do it. Really?! Can anyone check me out?!
