Walmart Supercenter

I’m from out of town and here for a week a my daughter who’s having surgery. The guy checking receipts on my way out was checking a group to my right and when I went around he physically jumped in front of my cart, grabbed it and stopped my cart to check what I purchased and wanted my receipt. I told him I wasn’t sure where my receipt was but I think it in one of the bags he got loud / aggressive and told me I needed to find it. After that I told him he needed to move and I was done then he started cussing. I found my ticket gave it to him and proceeded to leave and while I was trying to leave he was holding onto my cart and getting more and more confrontational and yelling at me. He finally let go and I told him he should go ring people up since I waiting 30 plus minutes to check out but

I shopped at this location lastnight. After purchasing my groceries a "greeter" asked me to show him my receipt on the way out the door. I continued walking. The "greeter" then began to shout at me as I walk ed out of the store. Presumably because I didn't show him my receipt. Walmart really needs to train their staff on customer service. Walmart Staff has no cause to demand receipts from paying customers. The cashier issued my receipt after I purchased my goods. It is burdensome and unreasonable for staff to demand a receipt especially after I pay for my goods with a cashier. I hope Walmart leadership sees this review and takes appropriate steps to train staff on customer service. It’s gotten so much better there since the new manager. I can’t remember her name but I think it starts with a T. Anyway, she is such a breath of fresh air and the employees are genuinely happier! Nobody is complaining about working there and it’s all smiles! It makes me want to shop there now!! Where as before I didn’t!

I like seeing the same cashiers at the same lane number doing well... Taking care of stuff in my bags ...light enough so I can carry them... Thinking that way about every customer...wow! You have very good employees. I hope and pray that you give them enough money to live off of and to have affordable healthcare... They take aggravation each day with smiles...
