Walmart Supercenter

I have visited the most top notch Walmart ever. Since every item they offer us such great quality an huge variety. Employees were so nice when I asked for headphones. KAI the walmart associate was so nice explaining them to me I wish Decatur walmart was more like denton walmart. They even have the love of my life cd an records an they have a robot that cleans the floor wow W Walmart Yall.Can't wait to return.Great toy section to was so cool!

I recently visited the Denton Walmart supercenter’s auto center. There, I met a helpful guy named Jose who assisted me with my car’s TPS system. I had this light on my car for almost two years, and today, Jose helped me erase the code. He’s a genuinely good person, and you’ll regret not choosing him. He offers excellent service.

Do not buy the road side hazard. Walmart staff has been trained to give every excuse, to not honor. They basically said roadside hazard does not mean you get a replacement, you just get a discount on tire. I’ve had these tires for less than a year and well under the 50% tread life. I actually spoke with 6 employees across two Walmarts to be given the same answer. I just gave up and went to Discount Tire, where they actually helped me, much better experience, with courteous staff who actually wanted to help.

Miss Sheryl at customer service was amazing! She was nice, quick & made small talk! She was very welcoming! Thank you, for the experience. Nowadays customer service is trash, so coming across someone who actually has a good attitude is refreshing.

I recently visited the Walmart on loop 288 and the online order person. Doug was extremely rude and basically pushed me out the way so that he can get his product. I understand that the online orders are important to the store, but it’s significantly rude to the customers who actually come in and buy their food that helps support the sales as well. The online pickers should be more considerate of the people around them.
