Cleanliness of the store and restrooms. Found what we needed at a good price. Love the Keruig color and the price was right. Elijah the young man who checked us out was friendly and has great customer service experience. Ty Elijah for doing your job with a smile.

I love this Walmart. There is plenty of space to maneuver, lots of inventory, and the staff here is always friendly and helpful when asked. It's also in a great part of town with a lot going on. The parking lot clean if you go early in the morning. Honestly a great Walmart.

I’m extremely disappointed with our recent Walmart pickup experience at Northside Walmart. We placed almost a $500 grocery order at 5:00 PM for the earliest available pickup window of 9:00–10:00 PM. We received an email stating our order would be ready at 9:38 PM. We checked in at 9:40 PM — and then nothing. No associate came out, no communication, no update. After 10:00 PM came and went, we went inside to ask about our order. We spoke with a manager named Laura, who told us we would need to cancel our order and reorder it the next day because apparently the pickup associates had gone home early or didn’t come in. Every. Single. Time. I’ve done a pickup at this location there have been cars lined up just waiting for a parking space. The wait time can range from 30 minutes to my longest wait time of over an hour and a half. I’ve seen employees park in the assigned pickup spaces MULTIPLE times. I’m sure this contributes to delays as there are limited spaces for curbside pickup customers… this is my 3rd time having a delayed delivery order at this location (I just moved to the area 7 months ago). My delivery time was scheduled to arrive between 2-4. I received a notification it would now arrive at 5, and just now another notification that my order was delayed but was given no new arrival time (it’s currently 5:34)... most of these issues are very simple fixes and reflect very badly on whoever is assign

I've been shopping at this Walmart for about 5 years. I've tried delivery, pickup, and in-store shopping. They usually have what I'm looking for and I use several of the house brand products. Although I only know one of the employees personally, he has told me that it's a nice work environment. I recently had an exceptionally nice experience with a cashier named Angel. She thanked me for coming through her line and again thanked me for be a Walmart after completing my checkout. She was very pleasant, helpful, and took the time to make sure that I had found everything I was looking for. I hope that her value to the company is recognized by her supervisors and management.
