Walmart Supercenter

Never even knew they had a very care center. Bought a tire for my car on line, shipped to Walmart, & notified all the way thru the process. Scheduled an appointment. Very quick. A lot less than any tire store in KM or Gastonia. None of the BS fees, like Hazard fee, disposable fee Very reasonable. Great service from technician as well, polite.

Coming from Midwest Super Walmart to this Neighborhood Walmart looking spot was what I expected in the Gastonia or east side area. Everything was fine and dandy. Employees was good. We had to track the manager to unlock our newly bought 75” Tv because checkout didn’t know how to take the beeper tags off.

Have to double check the prices here. Advertise sale price does not match what rings up. Customer service helpful in correcting the error. Very modernize and appealing . Beautiful displays for products purchases. Busy like most walmart stores.

The store is ok. I had to get in-home delivery bc of being temporarily disabled. Andrew has been an awesome delivery driver. However, Jean is the worst! Why have a driver who is afraid of dogs? He also has admitted to forgetting parts of the order behind, and didn't even apologize. Walmart only offers a refund (not bringing what's missing), which doesn't help you much. He has done this multiple times. Regular home delivery is not a lot better. Also, the in-store shoppers frequently say items aren't available when they clearly show in stock or you see them in-store yourself. And shipping? Forget it. You won't get your item in the promised time frame. Andrew saved the rating!

If you’re thinking about placing an online order at this location just know you will be waiting on your order for over 30 mins while spark drivers get their orders first!! ATP you might as well just go inside and do your own groceries. This is supposed to be a convenience instead it’s more of a hinder when you have teen workers that are on their phones talking to one another or talking to customers they may know. If you call the number on the pick up parking sign! Customer service Lashonda will not help you instead tell you to wait they trying to get it together!! I’ve seen 3 cars come park next to me and get their orders in less than 5 min!!
