Walmart Supercenter

This woman harasses me and my family everytime i go into the store. She has security follow me and tries to prevent me from shopping at this store. I dont know what this ladies issue is but she is a rude discriminatory individual. She even said to me as i was leaving the other day “im not gonna harass you today sir” thats very peculiar language to use as someone is leaving the store. Essentially admitting that she harasses people.

If I could give no star. I would . Every time I shop at this location I could never find an associate to help me. Especially in electronics department. A few days ago I was looking for some phone accessories at electronics department.. unfortunately everything is locked up there so I found an Asian lady to help me. But she didn’t have the key to the locks so she paged a Walmart assistant for help. A tall black lady came out and she was very rude and started snapping at me and the Asian lady. Apparently paging her would make her look bad . Guess what. If she could pay attention to the customers who needed assistance then she wouldn’t have been paged !! Her behavior is unacceptable. I would not shop there again if she’s there .

The staff was inconsistent with their knowledge of the store. The current time is 6:43 pm Oct 19 2025, 6 employees near the women's shores are chating not willing to offer help to any customers, second, one employee near the tech department dealing with clothing could not offer any help, third, I went to the tech department, 4 people were chatting and the only person who was able to help was the older gentleman. It is unreasonable to press a button for a staff member and wait over 15 minutes with no one showing just to use the changing room. Horrible staff service will not recommend.

Their Auto center is a joke everybody wants to learn with AI instead of getting their hands dirty they don't know how to mount and balance tires because they want to make excuses especially when it's a stock 17 inch wheel and they just want to try to tear it apart instead of taking it tires off and a mountain new ones I highly recommend everyone to stay free and clear from their Auto center because they don't know how to change a tire makes me think they don't know how to change oil or even an air filter but they were more than willing to take $500 for tires from me and not give me my money back so thanks Walmart you'll be hearing from my lawyer

I typically have no problems shopping at Walmart and am vary satisfied with pricing of Walmart but the policies ill have to question I purchased Four Tires online had them delivered to the Pewaukee store for insulaion but because my vehicle needed front end work they refused to inshall the tires so because of the refusal of installing the tires the tires were left there with the expectation of being returned and refuned this is out of my hands it this point and all your policies that were not followed after the first policiy was enforced on me the customer this is ther order Never received the tires or a refund tired with no help from Walmart October 8 2023 $609.00
