Walmart Supercenter

Bought a game online as gift. Didn’t give and decided to return. Return to store option said return by “February 8”. Walked in on February 5 and was told I couldn’t return since I bought on 12/21 and they have a 30-day return policy on games. I showed my return on the app, but he didn’t care. Asked to speak to a manager. Instead they called a “lead” and showed her my phone with the return details. She refused to refund and then got attitude when I asked for her manager. I was baffled how they wouldn’t honor the refund after showing them the 2/8 date on my Walmart account. Finally her manager came and immediately said “no problem”, then took care of the refund. Why put me through hell and cause all that stress?! Zero common sense!

They have a solid selection of produce like tomatoes, avocados, onions, broccoli and plenty of juices and everything seemed mostly organized. It was busy and a bit chilly inside with quick self service checkout, though the parking lot is rough and the atmosphere is pretty basic.

during my walmart trip i was looking very rough with me and my friend covered in dirt so we went to get some extra clothes then went to self checkout and there was this amazing working worker named joey i was having trouble with paying since you guys don’t have apple pay and joey came over to help super friendly didn’t even think twice how i looked so amazing customer service!

Closest to me , so my main store. Mostly have what I'm looking for. What makes this store special and stand out from the others is CALVIN .He greets you with the brightest smile and always asks how your doing. He is such a pleasure and a breath of fresh air that will make anyone's day I promise. Thanks Calvin

The shelf was empty of fat free milk. Went to customer service, no one would answer the page, the girl looked and asked what brand I told her Walmart’s and she said what brand is that?) Really? I said great value and she said there are 54 in the back.. ok.. and no one to go get and fill the shelf. MANAGEMENT!!!! What are you doing about this store’s repeated issues of employees not doing their jobs????
