I recently purchased a pack of tortillas from Walmart using the self pickup option. When I opened the package at home, several tortillas had visible green mold on them. The product was clearly spoiled even though the package looked sealed. This was very disappointing and concerning because food items should be checked for freshness before being given to customers. If you use the self pickup service, be careful and check the items before leaving the store. I hope the store improves its quality control so this doesn’t happen to other customers.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Austin in the online pickup Department for providing outstanding customer service. Out of six different Walmart employees I spoke with, Austin was the only one who knew how to help me link my Walmart app wallet to the self-checkout so I could use my online gift card. Not only did he explain it clearly, but he also walked me all the way to self-checkout and patiently guided me through the entire process without any hesitation. He didn’t try to pass me off to someone else, rush me along or get annoyed with helping me —he genuinely wanted to make sure I was taken care of. Austin was kind, professional, and truly went above and beyond. He is a perfect example of excellent customer service and deserves recognition. Walmart is lucky to have such a great employee

Honestly I don’t have a problem with this place but if you items on your app saying a cheaper prices then in store and you scan it with your phone on app. But you guys want agree with it there is a big problem. Because it’s not a third part and your own company’s prices. Management needs figure things out because that’s a big law suit..

While I don't mind having to wait when it's busy, the lady in electronics had about 7 people waiting in line and didn't even bother to call for assistance or anything. She kept looking up at all of us waiting but didn't even bother to acknowledge us or even in the slightest let us know if help was coming. I then went to an employee across the aisle to let them know but I was met with a snappy attitude. I understand he doesn't work in electronics but christ almighty at least call for back up. I understand there's a lack of employees but at least have some communication with customers and not just look at us like we're not supposed to be there
