Walmart Supercenter

I’m giving this Walmart four stars, mainly for its Pharmacy. The rest of the store has a fairly standard layout and meets typical expectations. However, the Pharmacy is exceptional in several vital ways! The pharmacists are knowledgeable and responsive; they will take the time to ensure you understand the medications you are taking and drop what they're doing to address any questions you may have. The pharmacy technicians also remember my name and always greet me with friendliness. I was concerned about transferring my prescription, but now I feel confident I will receive the best care. Thank you to the entire pharmacy staff at this location—please don’t change anything! I should also mention that the produce section is consistently well-stocked with fresh food, offering various choices.

Out of alot of things. But believe it or not. The day before Thanksgiving 🦃 I was able to get a very close parking spot, Didn't have to wait but a moment (Not even a minute) to self checkout. So I don't know if my shopping was a success. But my coming and checking out was top notch!! 😁🩵👌🏽🩷😉💚

I see by reading other reviews I am not the only one! Walmart lost a customer today to the new Rouses Yay! Target, Tractor Supply, Discount Tire Yay! Any other oil change shop. Was shopping tonight at 830-930pm. Went to checkout, knowing the new rules of only 15 items or less at self checkout and having more that 15 in my cart I headed for the checkouts. There was not one open to assist me, so I walked past the self checkout supervisor and started checking myself out. Out of no where from behind me an associate grabbed the gun and started scanning items in my cart and just dropping them back in, stating "I am helping you scan so they don't think your stealing" I am assuming security or most likely management is thinking I am stealing so I continued to scan as she scanned, associate scan so

The pick up staff here are AWFUL. They will substitute your items with the most off the wall items that aren't even REMOTELY similar to what you actually asked for (half the time they won't even tell you they're subbing something so you don't find out until you get home). Or they'll tell you something is out of stock but, if you go in yourself, you'll find the item on the shelf. They'll also just throw your groceries in the back of your car with zero care so your groceries end up everywhere, crushed, or leaking. I honestly hate having to leave bad reviews but this is the umpteenth time this has happened at this location. If you want proper groceries, just go get them yourself. Don't rely on the pick up staff here.

I had the WORST auto care experience. I ordered 4 new tires and scheduled the installation. I requested they keep the "best two tires". When I returned, the tires weren't inside my car and the auto center closed 10 min prior. I called back the next day and inquired about my tires and I was told that the tire disposal truck had run and the tires were gone. I asked to speak with a manager, Brandon got on the phone and told me that there was nothing they could do and if I wanted to file a complaint that I needed to call 1-800 - Walmart, and hung up the phone. Of course I called the number, made a complaint and later received a call from the store manager that the two tires were at the auto center and I could pick them up at anytime.
