I stopped into this Walmart while waiting for my child’s daycare to dismiss. I picked up a few clothing items and, since snow is expected next week, two pairs of gloves—one at full price and one clearly marked on clearance. At checkout, the clearance gloves were labeled $2 but rang up at $5, showing a regular price of $12. I politely asked that they be sold for the advertised price. Instead of helping, the associate began trying to peel off the clearance sticker and told me that “someone put that on there,” strongly implying that I had done it myself. She asked me to walk her back to where I found them and said she would only honor the price if other gloves were also mismarked. Quite possibly the best experience I’ve ever had at a Walmart in my life. I know Walmart doesn’t care about an individual customer, but I just feel the need to voice my experience today. I’ve been coming to this Walmart for years even since before my son was born. He is 2 1/2 years old now. I also have a service animal that I bring with me quite often. He is a small dog, but he is a registered service animal. I have epilepsy and he lets me know when I’m going to have a seizure. I usually put him in the basket, especially if I have my son with me because he is 2 1/2 years old and it is easier for me to have both of them in the basket. Went by to grab a battery, got it for an amazing price and was offered help to install. I’ve changed batteries and figured it would be easy so went home to realize I couldn’t get one of the terminals loose. Came back and was originally told it’d be 4 but the automotive lead helped me get in and get out in no time. The younger guy working in the bay was awesome and even told me why the terminal was giving me trouble for future reference. 10/10 customer service and care, all with an amazing attitude. Automotive went above and beyond, I definitely recommend these guys!!!

Alexis and Ana always take good care of us! When we use the app properly and let them know we are on the way, they always are very quick with our groceries! Walmart pick up is the way to go!
