It went per usual, i know it’s pricey because all synthetic oil and the oil vacuum costs more. I picked up some groceries and as I was checking out, they had called me letting me know that they did not have the right oil filter For the oil change. And told me that I would have to go to O’Reillys to pick up an oil filter. They told me that they would have my keys ready at the desk. when I came to the desk, they told me to That my car was at one of the bays and I I saw my hood popped, so I waited at the desk again and then they told me they did the oil change without putting an oil filter in and they try to charge me around $68 including the oil filter, they di

They have a nice $5 down “major carrier” deal going on as of late season 2025. Busy as heck, but quick servicing and well stocked, a bit tough finding parking spots, might have to exercise some, but worthwhile! Best holiday shopping and fair prices across the board.

During the holiday season you expect to wait for all services. I went into WM , found the item I came for behind the closure, no waiting the assistance was right there. Go to check out, found and open cashier finishing up with an other customer, almost no waiting. Than I had to go to the customer service desk again almost no waiting. I ordered my wife a new Wedding ring on Black Friday for Christmas because your store has a good deal. A young lady check me out. I did let her know if my wife end up not liking it if she can return it and get something different she told me yes. Well my wife came in to the store 5:50pm almost 6pm she did a return and a Team lead Male told my wife that he can’t do the return here at the customer service department it has to be at the jewelry department and that he would call someone there. He was helpful and nice. Great customer service!
