Walmart Supercenter

Had a Walmart online pickup scheduled between 2-3 . It was ready around 1:45. So by the time I got there and checked in was about 2:05. I waited for twenty minutes before calling in and checking on my order. After waiting for over 30 minutes the lady brought my order to me and told her I need to speak to the manager. Manger came to me and they had a worker that missed some items and looked past my order and he’ll be receiving DISCIPLINARY ACTION. I’m thinking to myself at that time” that’s good “ but that doesn’t matter right now. If you want to run a business as a manger you need to take initiative. I did not get any notification saying my order was postponed, no email, no text, no call , and lastly no notification on the Walmart app. I had to call and find out that my order was messed

Came in the morning Places are clean Nice and tidy Great place as always

We came at night. The store was quiet and clean, and what we came in for was available. Checkstands were being phased out and being replaced with self-service, taking cards only. That seems impersonal to me, but we had helpful service purchasing our one item. The restrooms were clean and there was no problem with parking.

Absurd that if you want to buy some condoms or any other self care products. you have to search for an employee to unlock the case and then an employee has to walk it up to a counter. Took over 20 min for something that should have been a in and out.

A bit chaotic and disheveled. Very helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of self service checkouts (which I abhor), and only two regular check out stations (which I happily waited in line to utilize).
