Walmart Supercenter

The guy in electronics, Chris was his name I'm pretty sure. But he was very unhelpful. We were trying to find someone to open a case and he was very obviously not busy, so we thought we'd ask him. He said he'd page someone, but we never got someone down there. We then went to ask a young man who seemed busy, but he still was willing to help. I think i remember his name was Edward, very helpful. Came right away with us to the case.

I was in veterans parkway walmart earlier this evening in self checkout. There was an older lady that i guess watches over all well she kept hovering around me while i was checking out sorta treated me as if i was stealing. I AM NOT A THEIF AND EVERY TIME IVE BEEN IN THAT STORE THIS HAS HAPPENED TO ME. I will not go there ever again!!! And if they are so worried about people stealing why have self checkouts? Bothers me when they stand near you watching your every move I didnt see the lady doing it to other customers. If they for sure ever catch me stealing i understand the doubt watching me like a haulk but until then i expect my freedom to ckout as other customers!!!!

The young man in the wheelchair that works the self checkout is always very polite and welcoming. Great to talk to when standing in line. The store is pretty well put together and I've never had an issue with returns and checkout. The folks that are brining the carts in, in the bad weather also deserve a shout out.

Taronda went above and beyond for us today… delightful conversation and even fetched us a cart and loaded it up while we unloaded ours. We enjoyed her service so much.

I wish the was a more informed associate to help me with the app this last time!! I love the app, but, I guess I'm not that literate at 70 as I thought I was!! LOL!!
