I had a lovely pleasure of being helped by a woman named Shannon and I gotta say she is an amazing person. Definitely feel as though she really cares about her customers and definitely made my day more than she could even imagine after the week that I’ve had I truly want to thank her for being such an amazing person, and I feel she deserves a raise for being so kind hearted because that’s hard to come across these days.

I had an amazing experience with Kaitlyn at the Walmart Bakery this Valentine’s Day. I brought her a photo from another bakery as inspiration, and she absolutely exceeded my expectations. She matched the design almost perfectly, and the cake not only looked beautiful but tasted incredible as well. The presentation was spot-on, and you can tell she put real care into her work. Highly recommend Kaitlyn if you’re looking for a custom cake that delivers both on appearance and flavor.

Bought tires there had them installed later had a slow leak took it in to have it fixed (because i bought the road hazard insurance ) had to argue with them to end up getting it fixed months later took it in to get the tires rotated and had a slow leak they said they dipped the tire and there was no issues when i got out to the truck all the tires were dry and muddy as they were when i took it in ! They did not dip the tire ! Later tire pressure sensors went out took it in had them replaced wanted an oil change and had a slow leak in a tire wanted that fixed as well ...they refused to fix the tire (they said the tire was "in the red for tread " it is not.. would not do the oil change said they didnt have time ..this place is a joke i will never go back for anything Lazy employees !

Employees are overwhelmed at times but you can tell they try hard even if they are majorly stressed at times. I urge management to be understanding with the employees as they do have quite a bit on their plates. Keep trying hard we see and appreciate you.

45 minutes waiting curbside. I was not properly checked in for the first 30 minutes(after calling, providing my info, and told they will be right out). The next 15 minutes showed no display of urgency to right their own mistake. I made my way inside to get the package myself. Then i call corporate CS, the call gets disconnected and its radio silence. I guess the cheaper products come with cheap service. Do better.
