Walmart Supercenter

My husband and I got the fried and lemon chicken from the deli stand yesterday. It was good going down but we both woke up in the middle of the night vomiting and it upset our stomachs pretty bad! My stomach is still hurting as I'm typing this upon going to the bathroom multiple times! Whoever was working yesterday around 12:30 p.m. March 5th 2026 all should be fired! When my son Triston was working in deli we didn't have this problem. You need to make sure that you are cleaning thoroughly and not leaving the food out too long. I will be escalating this upward. Unreal.

I ordered two 5 quart containers of Mobil 1 5W30 from this store to be delivered to my house via the online ordering system. The next morning they sent me Pennzoil ? I called and got transferred to the online ordering department and after explaining my situation to the girl ( 3 times ) , I finally got frustrated and told her " to get organized " and then she hung up on me and when I called back and got transferred back to the online ordering department, I automatically got put on hold, 3 times with no one picking up the phone. I called back and got the store manager and he told me an E-mail was sent at 4:37 am and I accepted the switch. How could I accept it, if I was sleeping ?? In schock.called the tire place at Walmart on orchard/Montgomery. To check prices on tires. The guy who answered was so rude for no reason. I’ve never dealt w Walmart tire center. I don’t want 2 ever! WOW! Uncalled for and I’m very laid back. I never leave reviews. Get a hold of your employees. Rude.

I had a horrible experience with the walmart in Montgomery IL located on Orchard Rd! I went on Dec 1st 2025 for an oil change, well on Dec 27 2025 a huge cloud of black smoke came out along with a horrible odor! I went to check the oil level and well no oil was on the dip stick!! I called to speak to a supervisor and it took hours for a call back. Which I never got a call back, I had to call 3 times until I finally got to speak to the supervisor. Which was not very helpful at all. He stated I had a leak, but there's no way I could of leaked out that much oil in 3wks!! And I have videos of my drive way, and there aren't any leaks. I visited this store unplanned, which was really interesting because I ended up having a good experience and I was also able to buy a lot of good things, including groceries and other items. This store is located literally near the spot where I parked my car after I did something near that area and I saw this store. I then decided to check it out. The whole place was a bit busy, but it was not really too busy, and the line at the counter was also not that long. I first grabbed the grocery items that I needed. The selection of them is so nice. Everything is well organized. The stocks seem to be fine, although there are products that are almost out of stock and there are also products that are literally out of stock. I just like their selection of a variety of options. The products are fresh
