Walmart Supercenter

We had taken our car in for service. It was busy as usual on a weekend day. Most of the workers were too busy or doing tasks to assist us. A nice young man by the name of Hayden noticed and asked if we needed help. He was amazing, and made a huge difference in our experience. Thanks Hayden...we'll be back because of you!!

I am writing to formally report an extremely upsetting and embarrassing experience I had at one of your Walmart locations recently—an experience that has left me unwilling to return to that store. While checking out, I was purchasing several clothing items that were clearly marked with markdown tags. However, at the register, the items rang up at a higher price. I calmly and respectfully informed the cashier that all of the items were marked down and asked for assistance. The cashier attempted to resolve the issue by overriding the prices. At this point, a loss prevention employee intervened in a highly unprofessional manner. She repeatedly ran back and forth between the clothing department and the register, loudly inserting herself into the situation, instructing the cashier, and ultima

Im giving this Walmart five stars because of the young gentleman working in Electronics. He was so helpful and friendly. He told me where the phone chargers were, but then he saw I was not finding what I wanted so he came back to assist me. With his help I got exactly what I needed . So refreshing to see a Walmart employee actually be helpful, especially such a young guy. Maybe there's hope for this country yet.

I was returning an item early yesterday morning. There was one person ahead of me returning an item. The customer service person was having trouble refunding her card. She kept trying but it wasn’t going through. They tried different options and it was taking a long time. The customer turned around and said “Sorry” to me. I smiled because it wasn’t her fault. We have all been in that situation. Finally the customer service person called the manager who started helping. She tried different things and still no luck. They went to another register and tried that with no luck. At this point I’m thinking one if the two could just help me on the other register not being used. Good store all around, but dang I do miss the "old days" (lol!) when cashiers were plentiful, that would scan and ring up all of your items, and put them into bags for you - more often than not, even do so while trying to inspire conversation with a smile! Now there is self checkout. Whoever came up with the idea to make the world so void of emotional stimuli and unity, really should be fired! It makes me so sad for our youth. Support this countries working man and woman - checkout from a cashier today. If there isn't one, insist on one to management!
