Walmart Supercenter

Some of the employees were helpful. I went in for 1 item and (like everyone does at Walmart) they didn't have it but I ended up picking up a couple good books. The store was clean but I do have to say I have never seen a Walmart have to lock up their clothing irons. But all in all it was not a bad place and service was actually quick for me.

The money store was closed which is the only reason I needed to go. Stranded in my 18 wheeler in Little Rock, Arkansas. Needed to pick up money from family yet store chose not to open money store or customer service. Only able to purchase items during this snow storm.

Shop, Stop, and Pick up. As I pulled into the designated area, I noticed that the parking lot seemed a little small. So, I just proceeded with caution and pulled into my favorite number. This was my very first scan. I have picked up a few times. No computer to computer action. I did not notice much about the parking lot or want long. The city bus stop on the outer corner. Convient. "Hello"... SCAN.... "Would you like your groceries in the back?" The young man stacked the groceries utilizing the empty areas left over in the truck. His origination skills ROCKED!. I remembered my favorite item. My eyes wanted to stand on aone step and take a picture. I felt like my grocercy list was neatly looking back at me in my disorganized trunk. Unpacking was a breeze. I waited in my car for 30 minutes and was completely ignored by the attendant, Cortez. When he finally came outside, he walked past me and helped a car that had just pulled up. No acknowledgment, no explanation. When I went inside, I was told appointments come first and that they’re short-staffed. That’s fine, but ignoring customers isn’t. Cortez was rude and unprofessional, and the lack of basic communication made the experience frustrating. Management needs to address this.

I went to the north little Rock Walmart,. I went in for a specific purchase. The associate Ray, in electronics, was very helpful. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and a very pleasant salesman. I appreciated his assistance. The entire transaction went very smoothly. As well as the next visit as well. Thanks again Ray.
