Walmart Supercenter

On 2/6/2026 I picked up my things and went to self checkout. Before I could even scan my first item around 11:27am on receipt #terminal 282668372. Black Lady in charge walked straight over to me and stopped me and said I need to see your ID. I looked at her and said why and she said I just need to see a valid picture ID. It bothered me so I took out my drivers license and showed her then she said okay. I asked what was that about and she walked away. Then I had trouble with the machine reading my charge card so called her over. She took me to another machine and got it working. I asked again and said did they think I was stealing something and she just brushed it off and walked away. I thanked her for her help and as I walked away it really bothered me. Fresh roasted chicken from Walmart. Looks golden, smells amazing, and very convenient for a quick meal.

We want to Walmart and were able to checkout with a checker, which is a plus. He was a good checker and bagged the groceries well, meaning filled bags completely a double sacked a heavy bag of canned goods. Did a great job!

I tried to make a return for something that I received as a gift, as it was a gift I did not have a receipt for it. The older woman in customer service seemed to be insinuating that I stole the item. I understand that some stores have return limit before manager override is necessary but she said this was the company policy not the store’s policy, which is incorrect. I had my address on the shipping label and it matches the one on my ID but we never made it that far as she refused to help me. I attempted to contact the store and got nowhere but It’s Walmart so this review doesn’t really matter but personally, I’ll never go to the papillion location again.

Annoyed that everyone had to go to a single entrance on the opposite side.of the store where I was shopping to check out. The line went fast, but it was annoying. Checkout process was frustrating. There was an issue with Walmart pay and figuring out how to get a reset ao that I could pay with a different card. Took longer to pay than it did to ring up my items.
