Store Demanded I Drive to Store to Return Despicable Melted Smashed Cake for refund. No Remorse of Destroying a 4 Year Old Child’s Birthday 😡

If I can give it zero stars I would. Am not racist I have friends who are black and am white. Well I went to this store when I was in town after seeing my mother in law. I had to get something’s for my phone. I went into the electrics and I was getting helped by this one black guy who works there. I had to get 2 things in the same row. So I got one of my things and after he locked up the shelve. Then there was also a black lady who also a customer ask for help. But instead of finishing up helping one customer first he went to help the other customer and put me on the back burner let’s say. I had over another hour drive home. I also saw more black people working at this Walmart. I felt like because I am white and the the other customer is black that the employee played favoritism and was be

It has been over a year since I've shopped at any Walmart. With prices how they are I recently returned, shopping in store at this location. I see a huge improvement. Store was clean all encounters with staff pleasant except 1 lady. Shelves were on the bare side, but employees were working their butts off and were willing to get me product that wasn't out yet. Would also like to see a larger gluten-free section. Thank you to this walmart and staff for working so hard to improve our shopping experience.

absolutely terrible experience. ordered an online curbside pickup (which they delayed and confirmed ready for pickup at 10pm), we went to pick it up and they closed without taking care of us. came back the next day to try and pick up the order AGAIN and they would not pick up their phone at all. tried contacting the management and even they could not reach the curbside department. ended up calling (1)800-WALMART where they just cancelled my order completely. (EDIT: (1)800-WALMART was able to give us a promo code for free delivery instead)

I moved to the area a few months ago and everyone has warned me not to shop here. I didn't have an issue until my online order was not complete today. My order arrived missing 9 items which was half my order. I tried calling twice, never got a person just hold music for 12 minutes. When I went in person, I was told they can't do anything for me, I have to contact Walmart online. This alone has deterred me from shopping here. I have to wait for the refund 1-10 days now as well as shop elsewhere for the items I needed. Check your orders thoroughly!
