Walmart Supercenter

I don't like Walmarts in general but if I need to go there I usually go here. It's absolutely packed no matter what time of day I visit but I'm almost always able to get in and out quickly. The cashiers are on their A game and the merchandisers are helpful if you can't find something

Pick up system needs to be revamped, they need more employees in that department, or something. My order said ready. I went to pick it up, waited 1 hour and 24 minutes before getting my groceries. A car pulled up beside me and they got theirs in 16 minutes.

Walmart plus delivery is horrible I canceled during the summer for a second time due to the horrible experience with delivery’s and cancellation tried to give them a chance for the holiday and it’s 3 strikes you’re out.. I have cancelled due to 2 delayed/cancelled orders less than 12 hrs apart the next day after I reinstate my Walmart plus they only gave me a 10 dollar promo which takes care of getting my order in a timely matter another 5 dollars which is laughable and can’t use since I cancelled. No real attempt to rectify the problem so I will never use again!!!!!!

I was shocked that Christmas decorations were not out yet. I found everything I needed. My only concern was a forklift safety issue I noticed. I was in that area about 20 and never saw anyone come to correct. It wasn't roped off for customers safety

The manager of the vision center was the rudest I've encountered in this entire store. She never looked up from her computer, and all I asked was to have my eyeglasses adjusted. I understood the policy of them not being reliable for glasses because I didn't purchase them from that store, and I was totally ok with that. I also read that eyeglass adjustments were free. I wanted to inquire about purchasing more glasses, but after the poor customer service I received, I politely said thank you and left the store.
