Walmart Supercenter

This was only my second time having a Walmart delivery. They were incredibly fast in filling the order and then delivering the order. I also had three prescriptions that needed to be filled along with other items and it was a smooth process. I tried to leave a review for Taylit, the person who delivered the order and thank her for the great service, but for some reason it wouldn't let me. Still learning the system. Hope Taylit, and the person who filled the order will get recognized. Thank you!

Very helpful patient. Went through self-check needed to use different cards to pay for my merchandise. The employee was very helpful in showing us how to do this. She took her time and kept right there by our side. I was very thankful.

I tried to return some unopened seasonal items today with a receipt, well within the 90 day return limit, and the employees refused to return the items. They told me they only allow seasonal item returns for 7 days. I asked to see the policy in writing and they couldn’t provide a copy. I asked if there was a manager who I could talk with, and they said they were managers. They told me that just their store was doing this and to try going to another Walmart. I said if they weren’t going to follow Walmart’s corporate policy, they shouldn’t be allowed to be part of the Walmart corporation. I took my items and went out to the car and called corporate, just out of curiosity - and what do you know, the store is NOT allowed to deny returns of unopened merchandise that is with a receipt and within

I always find what I need and if I cannot an associate helps me I have several things delivered to my home and have never had a problem. Last night I had some cat food delivered because my cat decided to change her mind on what she likes they had it here within a few hours. I did not read the item as they only had 15 on hand, not 20 however the gentleman I spoke with about this was so professional and fixed it immediately. I’m very impressed with Walmart. They always come through and if something is not right, they fix it 24 hours a day seven days a week.

Delivery driver text me about my address. He sent me a picture of his location and wanted me to meet him there. I told him my house was two houses down and to leave my order on the porch. He then just canceled my order. Weird and creepy to ask the customer to meet you instead of just delivering the order.
