Walmart Supercenter

When parking, a Walmart employee drove a row of carts into my vehicle. Since he was operating a machine with a motor, the carts made a dent and damaged my bumper. The cart was jammed into my vehicle. I received no help from the workers; the manager came out yelling, and the officer on duty also joined the crowd around my car. While my kids were crying in the car! Completely disgusting behavior. No incident report was written, and all employees returned to the store without a resolution. Reporting to corporate. My attorney will be reaching out.

I shop at this Walmart often, and overall it’s a good store — clean and well stocked. One ongoing issue is at checkout. The younger employees who work near the registers are often on their phones and talking to each other instead of focusing on customers. If this improves, this location would easily deserve 5 stars.

Being the best walmart in Springfield and still getting one star has to be saying something. Nothing is ever stocked, however if you're lucky to see any staff actually stocking the shelves, they do their very best to have the most optimal postion to be in your way.

My visit to Walmart superstore on Dirksen Parkway was just fine. Did not have any problems. Just wish there is more electric cards, but there’s not much you can do about it unless I go in a different time I was told by friends.

I wish I could do no stars! I have been waiting 2 hours in the service center and my car hasn’t been in the shop that long. When my car went into the shop another right next to it did too but guess what????? It’s already done while my car is still there and all I need was tires rotated and balanced. I saw the other car get its tires balanced in the middle of mine being balanced and my tires are still sitting on the floor!!!!!! I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE CENTER EVER AGAIN!!!!
