Walmart Supercenter

We placed a Walmart delivery order scheduled for 2–4 PM, ordered around 10:30 AM. The order was delayed twice, so at 5:30 PM we called and were told the order was fully ready—the only issue was that they didn’t have a driver. We were told we could come pick it up instead. We live 25 minutes away and arrived at 6:40 PM on the dot. By 7:15 PM, after waiting in our car for 35 minutes, we called to confirm our check-in worked and that they knew it was now a pickup order. We were told yes, everything was fine, and we “weren’t too far down the list” and it would be out shortly. At 7:40 PM, after sitting there for an entire hour, we called again. Went for a specific item, shelf has been empty for a week. I asked an employee, Leon a team lead , about the item and he immediately dropped what he was doing and looked the item up. He went to the back room and brought me what I asked for! Really amazed at how well he treated me and hope he gets rewarded for his excellent customer service.

I dropped two papa Francisco candles on the ground in aisle H7 and Tiffany didn’t even make me pay for them. And she swept them up. It almost made me feel better about the fact that they didn’t have any snow salt. Thanks Tiffany

came here to find an item for a friend, website said it was in stock. looked in the aisle, found the tag and the shelf was empty. couldn’t find an employee so i went to customer service, they restated what i already knew (where it was located and that it was in stock). customer service also paged Tim to the toy area to help us. Tim did not appear for the 10 minutes i was in the toy area, including me walking around surrounding areas in an effort to find Tim. good job Tim

Tire service is trash. They say appointments are priority right, lol that's a joke! To get one tire changed it took over 2 hours. They pulled my car in and dude took off on a break after they pulled my car and when he got back started working on a different car. Absolutely unprofessional and honestly pathetic.
