Walmart Supercenter

My last online grocery order turned me completely against Walmart. I'm currently disabled with no income, and unfortunately have to rely on food stamps while SSI application is pending. I get online, made sure I selected my home store properly, every item I selected showed as "in stock", order totaling $170, and said it would be delivered same day. Okay so everything should go smoothly right? Nope not at all, the order was shipped out in four parts, not from the store, but from a fulfillment center 30 miles away. I get a last minute notification that one part got damaged, and instead of delivering the other three parts they were conveniently returned to the store by the driver. The next day I fight with the AI chat assistant to get connected to a real person, and he assured my replacement

Dropped a trailer here for a construction project. Parked right on the lot — no hassle. Receiving was quick and smooth, got the signature in no time. Everything was simple and to the point. 5/5 for the receiving team. Made my morning easier.

Forgot some items I bought a day before , have called front desk multiple times times after 8am , no answer tried electronics no answer , tried bakery and they can't transfer me over , also store has a very chaotic set up , after trying to get ahold of someone for over 2 hours was informed since I don't have my receipt , and paid with cash I'm screwed, what the hell are the cameras watching self check out for ?! complete BS!

Low in stock ahead of the weather. Some items were low and other sold out. Store was well staffed and associates were helpful. I was able to get the items I needed and checkout went smoothly.

We travel all over US and this Walmart has to be the biggest, well staffed and friendly I have ever been. Parking at the very end is where I park anyway, but this was so busy I had to park at the end of the parking lot, but while I was looking for a small light bulb that was locked up, someone came up within three minutes and asked me if they could help and help me locate what I needed and I unlocked it for me. Checkers at every stand I had no waiting when time to leave. All produce was fresh and a lot of products to choose from
