Walo Maids Apartment Cleaning of Dallas

-I've used Walo MAids service for the past 2 months now and I'm very happy with the service they provide us. Tina is the lady that comes over every two weeks, she does and awesome job! I have about 1800 sq. ft. home, no children two small dogs. I hired Walo Maids with the recommendation of my neighbor, and I'm totally happy we did! Tina is the person I text call with and she's always been professional with me. I look forward to every other Wednesday!

If I could give this company no stars I would. I contacted Walo Maids to get a new home cleaned before move in (it was cleaned upon the sellers move out however it needed a little bit extra - specifically the bathrooms and cabinets). I called and spoke to Justin, he gave me a reasonable price and was able to send cleaners out within a few days. As soon as I started moving in I noticed the cabinets had not been wiped down (there was still dust sitting), so I contacted Justin again and he sent someone out 2 days later to rectify the issue. I continue moving stuff in and continue to find places that were not cleaned. I contacted Justin and send him pictures of the issues and he put me on the schedule again. Absolutely impressed and satisfied. I walked into my normally insanely messy apartment to find it completely cleaned and smelling fresh. I was even contacted a couple times during the cleaning to clarify exactly what it was I wanted done, which I really appreciate, as it made me know that the maids took their job seriously and really cared. I just signed up for their weekly cleaning deal, and I couldn't be happier. Don't use any other maid service - Walo Maids is the only maid service you'll ever need.
