Walstrom installed my Weil-Mclain Gold nat gas boiler a few years ago. Since then been having them do annual clean and service. More recently they said that our furnace stays so clean that it's not really necessary to have c&s every year. I thought that was honorable when they could have kept taking our money every year!! Since then we have them do it every other year. Had them install another appliance. They were fast and professional. Thanks Joe and Russell!!

Walstrom Heating is the best! I panicked when my furnace stopped & I thought it had to be replaced. Russell came, diagnosed, ordered parts, came back & installed in about 20 minutes! Russell explained everything. Furnace parts for a few hundred dollars or a new furnace for several thousands of dollars? I'm so relieved it was the lesser. Russell was prompt, knowledgeable, patient & respectful. And he's a really nice guy. Thanks, Russell! I highly recommend Walstrom's for any heating & A/C needs.

I had two mini splits installed this summer. Joe and his staff were professional, timely and did excellent work. We love the products and would refer anyone to them.

Everything started out great, buddy of mine works there. Furnace went out and they were able to get a new one put in within a few days. The problems started a few days later when the outside air intake pvc pipe shattered and fell on the floor. I freaked out and called my buddy, he told me not to worry and would order the part for me. That was months ago now. My "buddy" has stopped returning my calls and the owner has dodged all of our calls. To be honest I'd forgotten about the intake because it was still working fine, if a little louder. The real problem started when I tried to change my filter. They moved the gas line in such a way that you can no longer remove the furnace filter! I've sent photos to the company and they don't respond. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go with another co

I called and left messages with 4 local HVAC companies to inspect and quote replacing an old hot water boiler for a house I'm renovating. Two never answered or called back. One scheduled an inspection for 2 weeks later and then canceled the day-of, saying they couldn't be there for an other week. Joe returned my call the morning after I called, was onsite to inspect within the hour, had an honest diagnostic delivered immediately, and a quote to me by the end of the day. I'll definitely call Walstrom right away next time.
