Your technicians came out to my home, and I walked them through all areas of concern, including what the previous technician from your company had done. I pointed out the access hole in my bedroom ceiling that had been intentionally cut so chemicals could be applied to the attic space — a method recommended by the last technician. I was surprised when the technician told me he could not treat that area because he did not have a Phillips screwdriver. He also mentioned the ladder had already been put back in the truck. This was concerning because the previous technician told me this was an important area to treat, and I had made it accessible for that purpose.
