Mark and Chris were incredibly helpful. I have used Burnside for my personal home as well as my rental units, and their customer service is fantastic.

Burnside charges $100+ just to show up - no matter how small the job. Chris never disclosed this fee prior to his visit to install the faucet that I bought for my sink. Chris did not give me a quote over the phone, but told me the cost would be "reasonable," and I trusted this because a friend referred him to me. Chris spent just over 30 minutes to install and charged me $225 for drive time/labor! Burnside is located 8 minutes from my home. I should have installed it myself. Checking with friends and online for avg. labor rate, tops was $125. Never using Burnside Plumbing again. Had to to put one star up to post.

We’ve used Burnside Plumbing for remodeling projects and routine repairs always done with great care and time-tested techniques. Most recently they installed a hybrid electric heat pump for us. They inspected the site beforehand, arrived on time, and completed the work, including cleanup and removal of the old water heater in less than 3 hours. The ‘big box store’ would have charged me $900 more than Burnside did and probably not done as good a job. Very happy to recommend Burnside Plumbing.

We had an issue with the leak of the PRV located in the meter pit outside our of townhome. Burnside was professional and has done an excellent job on the repair in a timely fashion. Even though they accidentally broke the yoke assembly when they were trying to replace the PRV, it only took them 4 business days to get the part and have it installed. They were nice enough to hook us up with our neighbor's faucet so that we have water to use when we are waiting for the part to arrive. The total bill was $2,290 for the labor and the parts combined. Will post the breakdown later. The staff in the office is nice. They prefer phone calls rather than email communication, which is an old-school approach that I would respect.
