Ward Heating and Cooling

It took me a minute to get this review in but is in no reflection of their service. Let me start with Lynn. She is boss lady and does it with excellence. She is so friendly and responds timely. Tom came to our house for the quote. He was so informative and friendly, no gimmick sales just facts. They showed up before time quoted, a gold star for me. They worked efficiently and left no mess. We are so happy with their service, the boiler and hot water heater fabulous. Our home is so comfortable for the first time it feels warm in all parts of the house. I highly recommend Ward Heating. We plan to be customers for a long time 🥰

Came out for an emergency call after a different contractor serviced our oil furnace and we began experiencing issues including black smoke billowing into the basement and out of the chimney. The second he arrived he validated our concerns (he could smell the smoke right away)! Very knowledgeable and spent time explaining both what he was doing to fix the issue-as well as give us information on what to expect after the service. Before he left he made sure we felt comfortable and answered any other questions. For an emergency visit on a Sunday pricing was very reasonable and we will absolutely be scheduling maintenance with Ward in the future!

I have been using Ward for I’d say the last 3 years. I just replaced a furnace and oil tank and installed central AC. The team was very professional and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having them in my home and will continue to call them for service moving forward. The pricing was comparable to other companies I got quotes from in the area. I am relieved the job is complete and I can rest knowing I trust these guys with what they do! Cheers !

I can not say enough great things about this company. Last week, we came home to discover our AC wasn't working. My husband, called Ward, and they came out that same night. They quickly diagnosed the issue as the blower motor in the furnace, and unfortunately, our furnace required a particular motor. It was backordered, and they made sure to keep us informed every step of the way. The day the motor came in, they were swamped with an install, but they came out to my house at 9 pm (after confirming that late was ok with us) and fixed our A/C. If you need any HVAC service, I highly recommend Ward Heating and Cooling.

Called for emergency service after our hot water went out on a Friday night. Ward Heating got back to me immediately, and came right out the next day (unlike a few other local places I had contacted). Tom was great in explaining the options, and arranging to fix the problem sooner than we could have expected-- making for a very happy household!
