They replaced all of my ductwork at a very reasonable price, and the quality of the work was outstanding. While working in my attic, they even removed and disposed of a dead rodent they found, which I truly appreciated. Accidents can happen during any job, and when a part of my ladder was accidentally broken, the owner, Mr. Kenny, immediately reimbursed me so I could replace it. That level of honesty and integrity speaks volumes. I just got oil delivery for the first time ever. I feel I must take the time to report that my experience was amazing. Elsie and Jill were incredibly friendly on the phone and made every effort to accommodate my busy schedule. I wanted to be present for the first delivery for my own understanding of the process, and the gentleman who delivered, Josh, was extremely professional and friendly. He communicated proactively and when he arrived he was personable and approachable. He clearly cared that I had a great experience. And I did! So, thank you Josh, Elsie and Jill. I will be a loyal customer. Bravo!

I've used Ward for all my HVAC needs and they are great! The bottom line is I trust them to do the job right at a reasonable price. Recently, my oil burner started to leak oil. I called Ward and they came right away. The fix was a little complex, but the service technician was both precise and persistent. A job well done.

I can’t say enough about Ward Heating & Cooling. This is actually the second time they saved me from disaster. My hot water heater sprung a huge leak at 2:30am this morning and Ward was at my house at 8:30am today removing my old one and my new one with a warranty will be installed today by COB. They are professional, neat, honest and the pricing for an excellent brand was exceptional. They are top notch from their office to their installers/repair to their owner! A few months ago they came to my rescue again in my condo in Delran when another local HVAC company took total advantage of me and I am now literally paying 4,200 for an ac coil that had to be trashed due to wrong size. While the actual install of the new Heating/Central Air unit took one day, the planning for it took about a two-year period, not because of you but me. Financially, the situation had to be right. Jill in your office put up with me for those two years before I could actually give the go ahead to move forward. So she needs a big thank you for tolerating me for that long !!
