Wards Air Conditioning

I have been a Wards AC customer since 2010. Always have had excellent service! They keep me in the loop, send timely, reminders, and updates if there are any changes. The technicians are extremely proficient and always provide excellent service.

This is our second season using Ward’s heating and air conditioning. We have tried other companies in the past and in comparison to those companies we find Wards very professional and knowledgeable. Wards do an amazing job in scheduling to our needs and keeping us up to date with any schedule changes. They call in advance to verify times and availability. Their technicians are very professional and friendly. We would highly recommend their service.

We started using Ward’s Air Conditioning last year and have been very satisfied with their service. We have a twice yearly service contract to keep our unit in prime condition. Melissa from the scheduling department was wonderful and kept us up to date on the tech’s arrival. Robert, who serviced the unit, was friendly and efficient. Many people in our subdivision use Wards and also recommend them. Also they advertise in our community newsletter; their support is appreciated!

Wards comes twice per year, and I never have issues with my HVAC! Their customer service is absolutely wonderful, and the price is fair! I love their scheduling reminders because otherwise, I would forget. I am a single mom, and I wholeheartedly trust this company with my home.

Just got another recent Service maintenance visit from Wards. Melissa has been coordinating the scheduling and follow-ups for a while now, and Lance (1st time here) was the technician this time. Excellent as always, no matter who comes out. We have been using them over the past 40 years for A/C (2) and Heat Pump (1) purchases and all repairs and services in between. Never a dispute and always faithful with warranties and quotes, etc. My husband and I highly recommend them for all cooling and heating needs.
