Warners Moving & Storage

We have moved multiple times using multiple companies. This was by far our worst move. Going in to the move, Warner's had a good idea of the size of the move, but they weren't aware that I had already moved ~25-30% of our boxable items. With that said, I would expect our bill to come in under our estimate. That was mistake number one. The bill was a few hundred dollars more than the estimate despite a significant portion of items being moved ahead of time. They also tacked on "carrier packing" fees for items that they marked as them packing that, in my opinion and based on prior moves, should just be standard and included in any move. Joe Alan & Steve Warner were accommodating , professional, and transparent in pricing, what to expect, and patient with the (2) phases in our move for my client. The moving team were the true hero’s and so worthy of acknowledgement & kudos. Eric, Leanne, Ethan, Chance you gentlemen were simply the best, and Saturdays team with Paul, & Larry were the “A” team. All staff moved everything with the utmost care, and were patient with all the demands/ our needs for my clients move. When choosing a moving company for our move from York, PA to NC, I was referred to Warner's by multiple friends. I was NOT disappointed. Joe A. came out to our house, surveyed what we planned to move, estimated our costs and began taking care of logistics. Our new house was under construction and we ran into some delays. Joe and his people were very flexible and accommodating. We needed to store our items for a few weeks and Joe coordinated that with us. The crew that arrived on our "move out day" was great. They had our house emptied, furniture wrapped/packed and boxes loaded within 4 hours. There was not a single mark on the wall. They were organized, efficient and professional. Warners moving did at exceptional job. They were very responsive to text so it was very easy to reach them any time with questions. They packed up and moved my apartment and also my boyfriend’s house. They were efficient and hardworking. They used a lot of packing paper so nothing fragile could be damaged. They took apart and put back together any furniture that needed it. They labeled every box to make it easy to designate what box should go in what room upon arrival. None of my smaller items were damaged, and none of the furniture. There was no damage to the apartment or house upon loading or unloading. They ask questions and are very responsive to any requests you have for them. They will even come back and pick up your piles of empty boxes later. I would recommend this company to anyon
