We happened to stop by the Chanhassen store to browse for a washer/dryer after furniture shopping next door. John (our salesman) was very friendly and honest. No pressure to buy, and was up front about the pro’s and con’s of the washers and dryers we were looking at. This was December 2025 so they were offering exceptional pricing (actually less than many other stores which we weren’t expecting). Decided on the GE combo unit with no venting needed (weird, we know, but has turned out to be a great decision). They delivered and installed a couple weeks later and it was their guys. Warner Stellian does not hire out to 3rd parties which we appreciated. A couple weeks after install, the until was making a loud noise when spinning. They sent their own repair technicians out and had it fixed

Since we moved into the house, we were stuck with side-by-side Frigidaire. We could’ve very well called somebody and had someone come to repair it to get it going again, but decided to take this opportunity and get the fridge we really want. After looking online, we came to realize the one that we wanted, which was one single door and a drawer below was too narrow for our Available space. 70 in H x 36 in W x 32 in D, No, my husband hated how far the refrigerator stuck out from the wall so we changed it to counter depth. We purchased a washer and dryer and the dryer was damaged upon delivery. With us being out in the boonies, they said they couldn't get to us for a week. But they made it right and came the next day to deliver a new dryer. Delivery crew were very respectful and nice. Seems like the LG units are working great. Salesperson was knowledgeable on products and didnt push us into a sale. Definitely will go here again. Thanks

Jim H in the sales person in shakopee was very nice very patient answered all my questions. Delivery guys arrived, and they were very professional. They took it very slow for the removal of the first refrigerator delivering my second refrigerator. They had to remove the doors just to get it through the stairway, but they were very fast and efficient and gave me instructions with the removal of the first 3 gallons of water and two buckets of ice removal. Very kind very fast delivery!!! Definitely would recommend

From sale to installation, we had a great experience!!!! Highly recommend!
