Called and they came out around 1:00 pm. On Dec 22 and Unit was bad. Called back and said they could put me a unit in on Dec 24 and they were here at around 8::00 am. Great job installing my new unit and left around 2:00. Unit up and running,did a great job.

We use Warren Hay for two properties. One is a rental and the management company even reached out to say how great their service was when we needed a repair. That is very high praise!

Came on a Friday in the evening. We have had y’all two other times. Your customer service is awesome & work completed on time & perfect. You’re my only heating & cooling outfit.

My air conditioner stopped working on July 4th weekend. I called Warren-Hay on Monday morning and the manager came out within an hour or so. He called and told me the problem and had it back up and running immediately. Everyone I spoke to was very kind, courteous and professional. Their fees were very reasonable. They will definitely be my go to people for all my HVAC needs in the North Myrtle Beach area!

Marques arrived on time and was the same technician that performed the last PM service. Great attitude and expertise. He was courteous and efficient at his craft.
