UPDATE: We had a small issue with our patio seal done a few months ago. We are not sure how it happened, but let me tell you that Wash & Seal has great customer service. They came out promptly when I asked them to take a look. Then without questioning if we did something to it ourselves, they addressed and fixed the issue. Tyler just left and we are smiling at our shiny exposed aggregate once again! Our exposed aggregate patio was looking dull and weathered, but after Joe and his team worked their magic, it looks like new and "glistens" again. When two of our neighbors used Wash & Seal we asked for a quote and hired them. The power wash removed the grime buildup and the sealer brought out the natural colors of the aggregate . Highly recommended for cleaning and re-staining of stamped concrete. My 16 year old concrete looks like new Professional estimate (not just scribbled on a piece of paper) Showed up when stated, and worked efficiently Cleaned up everything when the job was completed Give them a call!

The team came in and power washed my patio, restrained the borders, put a nice sealer on it, and got it all done in time for a party the coming weekend. Thanks for the hustle! Also if the center of your patio is brown, go with the brown sealer they suggest, it looks great! Will be calling again next time my patio needs it.

This is an update to the five star rating from a couple years ago. Not sure what happened to the customer service and owner integrity, but both are non-existent. I reached out to Joe late in May and within a couple days he responded and said he’d get back to me for a quote. But a couple weeks went by and I hadn’t heard back so I sent another message asking Joe if he was interested in doing my patio. He replied yes and apologized. Four days later he emailed me a quote. I sent my approval and asked him to call when he was going to come out. That was June 12th. Today is July 14 and crickets. I understand if someone is busy, but to not even make an attempt to contact me, a returning customer is stupid business and shows a lack of character and integrity. Stay away from these hacks. Joe was great and his guys did an awesome job. I would definitely recommend them. They sandblasted and resealed my faded stamped patio.
