Just a diagnosis, but David was very nice & explained that a new washer was faster only a bit more expensive than repairing our old one. Very professional & candid.

My washer stopped running and locked itself. I called and they were able to come out the next morning at 10 am. Alex was able to unlock the washer and diagnose the issue and was very honest about next steps. I would 100% contact Alex next time I need any help with any appliances.

Terrible service I had them out to my house to look at my washer. There was 150 diagnostic fee. I told him when he got to my house that the washer was just fine. He said he needed his 150. I paid him his 150 to get the hell out of my house I never use this guy again, Complete rip off

I was grateful to call the morning that I couldn’t take the dryer noise any longer and within an hour they had the repair technician, David at my door. He was very professional, efficient, and fixed everything within 30 minutes. He even had all the parts he needed with him. Thank you for the wonderful service!

Fantastic service company. They were able to come out the same day, showed up when they said they would, were very knowledgeable about the dryer and extremely nice to work with. I almost never post reviews but in this case they were so good that I want people to know. This is the second time that I have used them and will definitely call them first if I ever have another appliance issue.
