We purchased our generator from WA Generators over eight years ago and have never regretted it. Although it has to kick on infrequently, when it does we are ever so grateful. The seamlessness with which it comes on when the power goes out is fantastic. After the initial five year warranty, which included annual service, we opted to extend the service contract an additional three year because the annual service is very thorough, professionally done and helps insure the generator is functioning properly. The service included maintenance items such as oil changes, filter cleaning or changing, etc. thus insuring the generators longevity.. We just re-upped for another three years of service.

Fair prices, great people to work with. I appreciate their thoroughness in investigating the issues and providing a solution. I’ve been pleased with a gas line repairs and tankless water heater maintenance jobs.

Washington Generator distinguished themselves as the best of the best in our Generac 22 KVA generator install. Starting at the end, a few days after install high winds in the area knocked out power for almost a day. The transfer switch transferred power to the Generator efficiently and from around 12:30 AM to 2:30 PM the generator worked perfectly and we were one of the few homes in our area that was warm. We showered, used all our appliances like normal. It was magical. The install started at the end of November. Eric, our salesperson, provided full information and confidence in his Company. This Washington Generators driver almost hit 2 pedestrians at Walmart in Renton around 2pm on Monday 12/15/25. Then they sped away and continued to drive erratically. One of the pedestrians stumble backwards to avoid getting hit, they fell on the ground and was injured. I followed the driver and took a photo of their license plate (see the attached photo), but they got away before the police could get there. Afterwards I helped the pedestrians file a police report. Please get in touch with Renton police if you see this blue van with plate number CRU3729. Shame on Washington Generators for employing irresponsible wreckless drivers.

PMG Mechanical was a pleasure to work with. After receiving two other quotes from other companies, Steve Breikss HVAC Manager came to my home and did a far more thorough assessment of our needs. Not only did he make recommendations of things that would be more energy saving and cost efficient, he was forthright about things we did not need (that were recommended by the other companies).
