Washington Septic Tank Services

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Called them for a routine septic tank pumping, and they not only charged us more than the quoted price because “they had to run more hose than they thought”, but ever since they came here, our septic tank has been overflowing effluent into the yard right from where the tank lid is. They won’t return calls or answer the phone. We’re going to have to call another company to fix what Washington broke. DO NOT GIVE THEM A SINGLE PENNY. Save yourselves the hassle and call literally anybody else for your septic tank needs. Also: this wouldn’t be a dealbreaker for me, but you should know they only take cash, which is whatever, but they should probably tell folks that when scheduling an appointment. If you decide to ignore the bad reviews and call them anyway, be prepared

Mr. Washington was excellent. He was here within an hour and did a fantastic job. He also provided advice as to the maintenance of the septic system. Very thorough and reliable, with a genuine concern for doing the job right!!!

Had issues use with toilets overflowing, plumber said it’s septic issue. Called Washington septic, they were here within an hour! Very great service very professional and friendly. Will only use them in the future moving forward! Thank you!
