We used this parking during shopping time. Not crowded, fast service, and friendly staff. And also the rate $25 up to 1 hour is great.

Worst parking experience. The man behind the booth doesnt speak to you when you ask questions. He accused me of my credit card's chip not working when I have used it all day. IF YOU PLAN ON PARKING HERE BECAUSE YOU HAVE NO CHOICE MAKE SURE YOU BRING CASH. Also, their rates listed on their website is incorrect. They only have 1 hour, 2 hours, and then 12 hours which is $35 and NOT $19. They have a big sign that states anything lost, stolen, damaged is not their responsibility.. I wonder how terrible their service is that they need a sign. Literally the most shady business of all time.

This was the worst parking experience. This was the worst parking experience I've ever had. Upon arriving at our parking facility (NYU Village Parking 49 W 3rd St. entrance on 3 Washington Square Village) the parking attendant looked at our paid receipt and told us that we were in the wrong facility. The attendant and the so called manager did not know the address of their facility (which was CLEARLY printed on our receipt).They took my receipt and went into their computer system in which they found the paid reservation that was made on online. They then told me that I owed them $12 because I had an oversized vehicle in which I did (Hyundai Palisade). I had paid the oversized fee on the website and it again it was CLEARLY printed on the receipt. They insisted that I would have to pay the e

This place deserves 0 stars. Was not told an SUV was an “oversized” car so they charged me an extra $12 when checking out. The attendant was smoking weed as we left and these people are driving my car? Shame on this place, do not park here.
