Came across Water Heater Services LLC through Angie’s List. After a few texts, I spoke to Curtis the owner. He seemed very knowledgeable and provided a written estimate within several hours. The estimate was for less than the ones I received from more well known plumbing operators. I accepted the offer and Kenneth arrived punctually at the agreed to time. He too was very friendly and knowledgeable. Work passed subsequent county inspection. Very pleased with this experience.

What a great customer service experience. Kenny did the job showed up on time. He was efficient and no surprise charges anywhere!! I would have to say that this was the right contractor and the best bid I got on the job.

After much research, this company and another company from Thumbtack had the lowest quote by far for installing/removing a gas water heater from my townhouse. So much lower than the other competition, that I was a little skeptical at first. But it was so easy to get multiple quotes from Curtis for different scenarios (i.e. replacing the expansion tank) that I decided on this company. A lot of other companies required people to pay for them (if you didn't choose them) to come to the house to inspect the water heater before giving out quotes, therefore, trying to pressure the sale in person. I contacted this company because I was told by another company that I needed to get my water heater maintenance to prevent any issues. When I voiced this to this company, they told me they would not just come out to take my money. They continued with many companies try to scam home owners with bogus services and they would not do this! They said if my water heater was not giving me problems then I did not need service. This was amazing to me since so many companies are quick to charge people especially this time of year. Thank you guys for not me scamming me and trying to take my money! I appreciate it.

My water heater stopped working last Wednesday night, called them after checking a few google reviews for diff repair shops Thursday morning around 11am. Curtis took the call and came to my house within an hour since they were close to my area. The problem was fixed right away ,and both of their staff were courteous, brought in their own carpet for the repair, and answered my questions patiently. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who has water heaters issues. They know their stuff and they are here to help.
