Water Heater Xpress

My hot water heater had leaked in my basement while I was away and I called Pete at Water Heater Xpress based on the positive reviews. After sending a few pictures of the water heater, he called immediately and said he could help and walked me through shutting the unit down so it didn’t continue to leak. He showed up the next morning, was very polite and efficient and had a new unit up and running within two hours. Very thankful I called Pete! Would recommend to anyone in the Syracuse area.

Water heater went out on us Friday night. Called a few different places Saturday morning that couldn't come out until Monday until I got ahold of Pete. He came out to evaluate and once we decided I gave him a call back. Pete was able to fit us in this morning and did an awesome job taking out and replacing the water heater for a fair price. Thank you again!

Pete was kind and professional. He came to inspect my water heater. Upon the inspection, he also educated me on the issues that I may have been experiencing. He was able to clearly explain how the new unit will improve my home experience. He was quiet and efficient. Would definitely use him again. Pete, the owner of Water Heater Xpress , was great to work with for installing our electric hot water heater! We were converting from a propane unit... he guided us through the process, was very knowledgeable about different water heater options, and did a great job on the install. I highly recommend him!

Called 1st thing in the morning and Pete came out by lunchtime and installed a new hot water heater and disposed of the old one. This is the second time we've hired Pete and recommend him to all of our friends and family.
