WaterHeatersDirect was recommended to me by a friend. My experience was excellent from start to finish. I contacted the company by telephone. Received my estimate verbally and online via email. The water heater was ordered and installation set for the following week. The two installers arrived on time and did their work. Neat and clean installation. Maybe 90 minutes total time. Everything about this experience was positive.

They were fantastic, highly recommend! The water heater is a much better quality than I could buy and with installation the cost is about the same I would pay just for the heater. The installers, Mark & Matt (A-Team), were on time, very respectful, pleasant, efficient, and left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Little details like writing the date of the installation on the water heater, wiping it after installation, and using drop cloths in the work area. The company exceeded my expectations!
