He explained everything he was doing which included removing our very old and heavy water heater and installing a new streamlined version with updated, to code features. We received a quote from another company that was 3xs the price from Water Heaters Only. Highly recommend them.

John Fathom did a thorough and professional job in replacing my old American water heater with a new 40 gal American water heater. I had a problem with my recirculating pump that was hooked up to a timer but he fixed it by disconnecting the timer. Now I get hot water in less than a minute upstairs in my house. I would recommend Water Heaters Only to anyone in need of efficient and quick response service as well as fair pricing.

John did an excellent job installing a new water heater. Explained exactly what he was going to do, did it, then explained what might happen and things to be aware of. He also answered questions I had. You can tell he cares about his work and how it reflects on him. Getting a water heater replaced isn't cheap, but if you want to get it done right, it's best to call a professional. Highly recommended.

They did a quick and efficient job, and even moved an awkwardly placed gas valve that had been behind the water heater, making it inaccessible.
